Powdered Sugar (Vegan Cane Sugar, Cornstarch), Cocoa

How To Make It
Frosts 12 cupcakes or 36 minis, with extra.
YOU WILL NEED
- Unsalted butter, 10 tablespoons, room temperature
- Milk of choice, 3 tablespoons
FOR VEGAN PREPARATION
- Vegetable shortening, raw coconut oil, or soy butter, 10 tablespoons
- Vegan milk of choice, 3 tablespoons
DIRECTIONS
1. Beat the butter or vegan shortening with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
2. Add the Buttercream Mix and milk of choice. Beat on low speed until just incorporated.
3. Increase to medium speed and beat for a full 2 minutes more to ensure a fluffy buttercream.
TO PIPE
Cut the tip off a plastic piping bag or a large gallon zip baggie, and insert a metal piping tip if you have one. If not, just pipe through the hole you cut. Fill the bag with frosting and twist it tightly closed. Squeeze with steady pressure, piping clockwise around the cupcake toward the center.
