Ingredients
Gluten-Free Flour (Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum), Cellulose Fiber, Sugar, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Sea Salt, Active Dry Yeast (Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid), Cellulose Gum

How To Make It
For a 9" x 13" pan of focaccia.
YOU WILL NEED:
LillyBean Focaccia Bread Mix
Instant yeast (included in pouch)
7.5 tablespoons olive oil
2.25 cups warm water (120-130 degrees F)
Toppings of choice
DIRECTIONS:
1. In mixing bowl, add LillyBean Focaccia Bread Mix, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2.25 cups warm water, and packet of instant yeast; stir well to combine. Note that the dough will be more like a batter; no kneading required!
2. Drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil into 9" x 13" pan, and pour batter into pan, spreading to edges with a spatula. Drizzle top of dough with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil.
3. Cover pan with a kitchen towel and set to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
4. Coat fingertips with olive oil & gently poke dough to form characteristic "dimples" of focaccia. Top with dried herbs such as rosemary, thyme, oregano, and salt.
5. Bake in 400 degrees F preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
