Meet Jill
LillyBean was born from a legacy of love, inspired by treasured childhood memories of baking alongside Founder Jill Donaldson's beloved Sito (Arabic for grandmother) and her trusty KitchenAid mixer. Jill's entrepreneurial spirit and passion for pastry led her to major in Entrepreneurship at the University of Miami and train at the prestigious L'Academie de Cuisine.

When food intolerances made enjoying her favorite recipes trickier, Jill made it her mission to create exceptional baking mixes that everyone could savor.
