Ingredients
Gluten-Free Flour (Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Xanthan Gum), Cellulose Fiber, Sugar, Baking Powder (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Corn Starch), Sea Salt, Active Dry Yeast (Yeast, Sorbitan Monostearate, Ascorbic Acid), Cellulose Gum

How To Make It
For a 13" x 18" sheet pan of pizza.
YOU WILL NEED:
LillyBean Deep Dish Pizza Crust Mix
Instant yeast (included in pouch)
7.5 tablespoons olive oil
2.25 cups warm water (120-130 degrees F)
Toppings of choice
DIRECTIONS:
1. In mixing bowl, add LillyBean Pizza Crust Mix, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2.25 cups warm water, and packet of instant yeast; stir well to combine. Note that the dough will be more like a batter; no kneading required!
2. Drizzle 3 tablespoons olive oil into 13" x 18" pan, and pour batter into pan, spreading to edges with a spatula. Drizzle top of dough with 1.5 tablespoons olive oil.
3. Cover pan with a kitchen towel and set to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
4. Top with sauce and desired toppings.
5. Bake in 400 degrees F preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
6. For pizza crust prep-ahead option, bake crust untopped and freeze; when ready, top and bake until crispy and golden.
